BOAT STORAGE RELEASE OF LIABILITY 2024-2025

Dear Valued Customer,

As the 2024 lake season draws to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone about scheduling your watercraft's storage & maintenance needs. Please make plans early with the service department, to schedule your pickup, delivery, and drop off needs. Also, stop in and speak with our knowledgeable sales department on how to save thousands on new in stock models and splash into the 2025 season in style! Remember any new boat purchased from August 15, 2024, the end of the year, receives free storage.

Schedule a pickup:

Please call 574.457.4200 ext.604 (service). Calendars quickly fill this time of the year, and we want to meet every customer's timing needs, so early scheduling will help all of us. Please understand rescheduling or canceling can, at times, impact available space in our indoor storage. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a pickup.

New this year, we will be asking every storage customer for a tentative date you will want your boat in the Spring of 2025. This will help us ensure boats are logistically placed in storage to better accommodate early spring customers.

Customers who drop off:

Once the watercraft arrives, please contact our service department to complete a work order and remember to leave your keys in the watercraft.

Invoices will be sent after completion of work with payment due at that time. Now is a great time to add a credit card on file or update an existing one. Contact the office for more information or to request a form: 574.457.4200 ext 101 or Office@mainchannel.com

*REQUIRED: The attached Release of Liability Form must be completed and returned to our office via fax, e-mail, or mail. The only thing we need back from you is the liability form. Please feel free to give us a call with any questions.

I hereby release Main Channel Marina Inc. and all other storage building owners where my boat is to be stored from any and all liability for damage and/or loss caused to said boat by acts of God or nature, or any damage or loss not caused by the negligence of any of the employees or agents of Main Channel Marina Inc. or other storage building owners. This release of liability applies to my boat, trailer, and all equipment and/or accessories stored with said craft. I further agree that I will maintain full coverage insurance on my boat while it is in storage with Main Channel Marina Inc.
