OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Main Channel Marina, nestled on beautiful Lake Wawasee and Syracuse Lake, is a full-service marina serving thousands of happy customers. We're on the hunt for an Office Administrator to join our fast-paced, fun-loving team!
This role is all about customer service, organization, and bringing a friendly, can-do attitude. You'll juggle tasks, tackle challenges, and make sure our customers always leave smiling.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome visitors and direct them like a pro
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and keep us running smoothly
- Handle minor accounting tasks (daily receipts, deposits, customer billing, etc.)
- Support operations, manage slip and boat rentals, and assist seasonal staff
- Work weekends (we’re where the action is!)
Experience we're looking for:
- Office/customer service experience (bonus if it’s retail!)
- Stellar communication and problem-solving skills
- A knack for multitasking and prioritizing
- A customer-first attitude and a bright, friendly vibe
- Bonus points: experience in warranty/service writing

BOAT DETAILER:
Main Channel Marina is hiring a Boat Detailer to join our team. If you love the water, have a knack for keeping things spotless, and enjoy working in a fun, people-focused environment, this job is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Wash, clean, and detail boats (10’ to 35’) until they shine
- Maintain our facilities with general housekeeping and yard upkeep
- Assist with general maintenance tasks
- Work full-time, including some weekends
Experience We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with boats or a marine environment is a big plus 🚤
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly (and occasionally over 100 lbs. with help)
