BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, YOU HEREBY RELEASE MAIN CHANNEL MARINA INC. AND ALL OTHER STORAGE BUILDING OWNERS WHERE MY BOAT IS TO BE STORED FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE AND/OR LOSS CAUSED TO SAID BOAT BY ACTS OF GOD OR NATURE, OR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS OF MAIN CHANNEL MARINA INC. OR OTHER STORAGE BUILDING OWNERS. THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO MY BOAT, TRAILER, AND ALL EQUIPMENT AND/OR ACCESSORIES STORED WITH SAID CRAFT. I FURTHER AGREE THAT I WILL MAINTAIN FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE ON MY BOAT WHILE IT IS IN STORAGE WITH MAIN CHANNEL MARINA INC.
